Who is the course for?
This two day course is aimed at those that recognise that their team is capable of achieving more through relationships that are deferential, valuing and positive and maybe functioning at less than full capacity (teams that are not performing at full strength tend to show up in the company’s employee opinion survey results) and for those with teams where relations are yet fully formed but need to work as one and hit the ground running.
